These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of domona.us (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. The Site is owned and operated by Domona, located at 305 Calle Crystal, Taos, New Mexico 87571 ("Domona", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Site Use
You must be at least 18 years old or possess parental/legal guardian consent to complete purchases on domona.us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful consumer purposes and not to interfere with server security, inject malicious code, or scrape data in a manner that degrades service availability.
2. Products, Pricing & Descriptions
We take pride in presenting products, dimensions, paper weights (120gsm), bindings, and colors accurately. Because our products feature natural materials such as solid bamboo, cork, and hand-poured soy wax, slight organic variations in grain, texture, and tone are normal. All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD). Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. An order constitutes an offer to purchase, accepted upon our transmission of your official order confirmation receipt.
3. Orders & Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors. Full payment and billing policies are defined in our dedicated Payment Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the billing and shipping address information you provide is complete and accurate.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
All domestic shipments ship free of charge as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier delivery confirmation. Domona guarantees delivery resolution for any packages proven lost or damaged in transit upon prompt notification within 3 business days.
5. 30-Day Returns & Warranty
Our comprehensive return, exchange, and refund provisions are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day return window from delivery date for items in original condition. Furthermore, Domona warrants all manufactured desk accessories and journal bindings against material defects for a period of twelve (12) months from purchase date under normal consumer use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published on domona.us—including logos, product descriptions, photography, graphics, and design code—is the property of Domona or used under valid license, protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced or exploited without our express prior written permission.
7. User Submissions & Feedback
Any suggestions, feedback, or commentary submitted to Domona through our contact forms or support channels becomes the property of Domona and may be utilized to improve store services and operations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Domona and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. In all circumstances, Domona's total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contractual disputes arising from purchases on domona.us shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding shall be filed in the state or federal courts situated in Taos County, New Mexico.
10. Severability & Updates
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically; the "last updated" date indicates the effective version.
